Terms of Service

1. Provider

This service is operated by Steini's Trusted Services (hereinafter "Provider"). Tax identification number: pending assignment. Contact: via the order form on this website.

2. Subject of Contract

The Provider creates, on the customer's order, an individual AI-generated song using Suno AI. The customer receives two versions of the song as MP3 files. This is a creative services contract.

3. Price and Payment

The price is €30.00 (incl. applicable VAT) per order. Payment is made in advance. Payment methods: credit card (via Stripe), PayPal (coming soon), Bitcoin (coming soon).

4. Delivery

Delivery occurs within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation, via email as download links.

5. No Right of Withdrawal / No Refund Policy

Important: As this is individually created digital content produced to customer specification, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of service execution, provided the customer has given explicit consent. No refunds are issued if the customer dislikes the result, as creative outcomes inherently vary. The Provider makes no guarantee of a specific artistic outcome.

6. Usage Rights / Licence

The customer receives a simple, non-transferable, personal-use licence to the created song for private, non-commercial purposes. This licence specifically includes:

Private listening and sharing with friends and family
Use as a personal keepsake

Expressly not permitted:

Any commercial use
Monetisation (e.g. YouTube monetisation, streaming revenue)
Public performances for profit
Sync licensing
Registration with collecting societies (e.g. GEMA, PRS, ASCAP)
Resale or sublicensing

7. AI Disclosure (EU AI Act)

In compliance with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, it is hereby expressly disclosed that songs are created using multiple AI tools and services. The creative process includes AI-assisted lyric writing, structure planning, and style definition. Final music production is carried out using Suno AI (suno.com). The Provider acts as an intermediary between the customer and the AI systems and takes responsibility for the proper use of these technologies.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is not liable for: (a) artistic quality or correspondence with customer expectations; (b) technical failures of third-party providers (Suno AI, payment processors); (c) damages arising from improper use of the songs.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

German law applies. Jurisdiction is the Provider's registered location, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The Provider is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
