Licence Agreement — Personal Use Licence

This Licence Agreement applies to all songs ordered from Steini's Trusted Services.

1. Rights Granted

Upon purchase, you receive a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence that permits you to:

  • Listen to the song privately
  • Share the song with friends and family (without commercial intent)
  • Keep the song as a personal keepsake
  • Play the song in private, non-public contexts

2. Rights Not Granted

This licence expressly does not grant you the right to:

  • Use the song commercially (advertising, productions, etc.)
  • Monetise the song (YouTube revenue, Spotify, etc.)
  • Perform the song publicly for profit
  • Synchronise the song (films, videos, etc.) for commercial purposes
  • Register the song with collecting societies (GEMA, PRS, ASCAP, etc.)
  • Resell or sublicense the song
  • Claim copyright or authorship

3. Copyright

Copyright in the song remains with the Provider (Steini's Trusted Services) and/or Suno AI per their terms of service. The purchase transfers no copyright whatsoever.

4. AI Generation

The song was created using multiple AI tools and services. The creative process includes AI-assisted lyric writing, structure planning, and style definition; final music production is carried out using Suno AI. This is disclosed in compliance with the EU AI Act. The Provider takes responsibility for the proper use of the AI platforms.

5. No Guarantee

The Provider makes no guarantee of a specific artistic outcome. As AI-generated content, results may vary. No refunds after order placement.

6. Breach of Licence

In case of breach of this licence, the right of use expires immediately. The Provider reserves the right to claim damages.
